The Process

1. You respond to our Website or one of our job advertisements
2. We discuss your requirements & experience over the phone, and brief you on current opportunities that might best suit
3. We arrange to meet at our offices at a time that is convenient to you, to cover what we have discussed over the phone in more detail
4. With your permission, we forward your details on to employers with current opportunities that meet your needs
5. Once a mutual interest has been established, we arrange a mutually convenient interview time at the Employer's premises. At this stage we provide you with as much background information as we have available to us, ideally a Job Description, Employer website, Negotiable Salary range etc.
6. We follow you up on your thoughts on the interview and also provide you with feedback from the Employer.
7. If appropriate, we arrange to take things to the next step. This may include one or all of the following:- Second Interview, Verbal Reference Checks, Salary Negotiations, Written Offer.
8. If successful in placing you into your desired job, we will maintain contact with you at regular intervals to see if everything is to your satisfaction, and also provide you with feedback from your new Employer.
9. If unsuccessful at placing you, and there are no other current opportunities suitable, we will maintain your record with your permission and keep you informed as new opportunities come up.
